About the role
As Compensation Analyst III, you will act as a core equity subject matter expert based out of our Chennai tech hub. You won't just analyze numbers; you will lead global equity plan governance, optimize complex equity cycles, and drive cap-table execution using Merrill Lynch (BOA)/E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley.

- Consult & Collaborate Across Enterprise Ecosystems: Serve as an internal consultant to HR business partners, talent acquisition
- Drive Executive Insights & Strategic Analytics: Oversee global HR and compensation intelligence models
