We bridge deep software architecture with business strategy, building scalable platform environments that leverage AI-Powered Process Automation to solve mission-critical operational challenges. As a Principal Technical Consultant , you will assume architectural leadership for multi-application platform design, execution, and performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Architect Platform Scalability: Build and maintain standards and tools to ensure high performance and resilience with a focus on reusability, schema optimization
- Performance Analysis & Profiling: Analyze database execution plans, JVM/memory utilization, and Locust load test outputs to resolve root-cause architectural bottlenecks
- Technical Communication & Enablement: Translate complex system diagnostics into strategic recommendations for technical stakeholders
