What you'll do
- Take ownership of complex, ambiguous technical problems and independently drive scalable, reliable solutions with minimal guidance
- Lead and contribute to complex cross-functional projects, providing technical direction and aligning solutions with business objectives
- Design, develop, and operate highly available, high-performance distributed database systems at massive scale
- Serve as a technical domain expert - identifying quality improvements, establishing efficient workflows, and mentoring junior engineers through targeted coaching
- Drive automation of operational workflows and continuously improve system reliability and performance through iterative development
