Engineering Manager - Digital Asset Management

What you'll do

• Responsible for design, architecture, and delivery of key applications, ensuring availability, security, reliability, and scalability at scale
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers — hire top talent and provide ongoing coaching to help them do their best work
• Drive technical decision-making for the team and partner with other engineering managers and stakeholders on architecture, roadmap, and cross-team alignment
• Partner closely with business and creative stakeholders to translate Marcom's content management workflows into scalable technical solutions
• Stay hands-on where needed — contribute to design reviews, code, and complex problem-solving alongside the team
