- Drive end-to-end delivery of operations-focused projects from initiation through completion
- Manage schedules, dependencies, cross-functional reviews, and risk mitigation
- Communicate progress and escalate issues with clarity and context
- Lead Executive-Level Communication: synthesize complex topics into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives tailored for senior leadership
- Present objectives, rationale, risks, and recommended actions in an executive-friendly manner
