We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Development Manager to lead a high-impact team developing advanced computer vision, machine learning, and image processing solutions for next-generation semiconductor equipment systems. What you'll do
- Lead the development of advanced inspection and metrology algorithms for semiconductor wafer and advanced packaging applications
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies in computer vision, image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and high-performance computing
- Define algorithm architecture, technical strategy, and development roadmaps aligned with product objectives
- Guide performance optimization for high-throughput production systems, including CPU, GPU, and parallel computing implementations
- Establish robust methodologies for algorithm quality, benchmarking, validation, characterization, and performance monitoring
