About the role
This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards for electrical and electronic components used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You will collaborate with global suppliers, engineering teams, and procurement to maintain quality, reliability, and compliance across the supply chain.
What you'll do
- Resolve quality issues: Collaborate with suppliers to investigate and solve quality problems, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor and report on supplier performance: Track key supplier performance metrics, maintain records, and report on supplier quality performance internally
- Technical Collaboration Work with design and process engineers to resolve component reliability issues
- Work with SMEs in the precision manufacturing areas like metal joining (E-Beam, FWS, Vacuum Brazing, Plastic Welding)
- Investigates alternate component technologies or supplies, reducing cost and improving quality and reliability
