About the role
The CRM Junior Analyst is the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role is responsible for the health, optimization, and internal support of our HubSpot ecosystem (CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs). This role acts as the primary technical resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that our CRM is configured to support high-performance workflows.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the health, optimization, and internal support of our HubSpot ecosystem (CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs)
- Manage the integrity of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including user permissions, property architecture, and data deduplication
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, resolving functional issues for HubSpot users across the organization
- Troubleshoot login issues, syncing errors between HubSpot and integrated tools, or adjusting user view permissions
- Identify and merge duplicate records or correct mass-upload errors to ensure reporting remains accurate
