About the role
We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to own and lead deep technical integrations for architecture design, integration strategy, and production go-live execution.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise customers
- Own complex CRM and system integrations (Zoho, Salesforce, custom CRMs)
- Lead API integrations, webhooks, event streaming, and data sync workflows
- Drive enterprise implementation from technical scoping to production rollout
- Identify integration risks early and mitigate proactively
