About the role
Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst (Managed Services / Application Support) We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Managed Services and Application Support engagements. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud EPM applications while serving as the primary functional and technical advisor to clients.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Managed Services engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Provide L1/L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud EPM applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions for recurring issues
- Configure and maintain business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, dimensions, metadata, and security
