What you'll do
- Provide pro-active and effective legal and contractual support to the business and operations activities of the Indian Business Unit (BU) and legal department
- Review, administer, and manage Service, Supply, EPC, and Subcontract Agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
- Develop a thorough understanding of contract structure, commercial terms, obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risk allocation mechanisms
- Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors leading to execution, amendment, renewal, and closure of contracts
- Maintain and administer all contractual records, correspondence, notices, approvals, change orders, variations, claims
