- Leads the Cybersecurity Software Engineering team, with overall accountability for people, capability, delivery health, engineering quality
- Oversees the complete engineering lifecycle, from RFQ and planning through implementation, verification, release, and production support, ensuring appropriate staffing
- Build and deploy a balanced team of architects, product owners and developers
- Own staffing, competency plans, coaching, succession and certification roadmaps
- Establish technical review, quality and escalation mechanisms
