About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to lead a team developing C++-based resimulation solutions, applications and automation for large-scale ADAS analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software development, team leadership and delivery ownership.
What you'll do
- Actively design, develop, debug, test and optimize production-quality C++ software for ADAS resimulation and analysis
- Lead and technically guide a team of software engineers while continuing to contribute directly to development
- Own technical execution and delivery of resimulation features, applications and releases
- Drive software design, code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis and performance optimization
- Develop scalable Linux-based applications and automation for HPC and/or cloud environments
