What you'll do
- Drive execution of the Plug presentment roadmap — the customer-facing APIs and interfaces that deliver utility data to internal and external consumers
- Define, prioritize, and ship features that scale Plug across new and existing customer use cases
- Partner with engineering to evolve the data delivery architecture, including cloud infrastructure (AWS) decisions that affect scale, reliability, and cost
- Define and maintain clear, well-documented API contracts and specifications for downstream teams and external partners consuming Plug data
- Collaborate with front-end engineering and design on customer-facing tools (delivery configuration, status/breadcrumb visibility, self-serve workflows)
