What you'll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, issues, and platform support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across portfolio analytics, data workflows, and platform functionality
- Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, operations teams, and risk teams to understand workflows and resolve analytical questions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to investigate and escalate complex issues
- Help improve internal support processes, documentation, and client workflows
