Project Manager, Mission Critical Construction

ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team in Minneapolis, MN to focus on pricing and running data center construction projects nationwide.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout
• Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget
• Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors
• Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule
