What you'll do

• Performance cycles and career development, including setting clear goals, delivering fair, evidence-based reviews, handling underperformance
• Deliver AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, MCPs, Agentic frameworks, and Intelligent AI workflows
• Collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative security solutions
• Provide technical leadership through architecture design, code reviews, and mentorship
• Drive innovation in cybersecurity automation, AI adoption, and platform scalability
