What you'll do
- Perform quarterly and annual financial reviews in line with defined risk tiers, materiality thresholds and review standards
- Review underlying SPV and PropCo statutory financial statements, including supporting schedules, disclosures and reconciliation to underlying accounting records
- Review trial balances, reconciliations, financial statements, supporting schedules and material movements
- Identify errors, missing support, inconsistencies, late deliverables and recurring review points
- Prepare clear workpapers, complete evidence and concise review conclusions
