What you'll do
- Review and validate initial setup of companies, contacts, deals, securities, etc
- Review, verify, and summarize administrative data related to new investment opportunities and dynamically track the progress of each transaction
- Scrub credit agreements/deal documentation for key datapoint and ensure all systems are updated accurately
- Track elements of the deal closing process and ensure receipt of executed documents
- Review final deal closing checklists and validate all tasks were correctly executed
