About the role
Take on the role of Billing Specialist at Aristocrat’s India AR Delivery Hub, playing a key part in our accounting team. Your work will be vital in preserving very high billing process standards across our global operations. As a Billing Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring flawless service alignment and supporting regional billing leads.
What you'll do
- Perform standard invoice creation, recurring billing, customer portal uploads, invoice distribution, and billing queue support
- Process first-pass invoice corrections and standard credit/rebill activity where SOPs exist
- Maintain billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting
- Raise complex billing issues, contract/pricing questions, and customer concerns to regional billing owners or AR Resolution
- Follow billing SOPs, quality controls, and regional service requirements
