India AR Delivery Hub Manager

This role plays a key part in supporting global AR processing, including cash application, billing support, and credit operations. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate India-based AR delivery team members handling cash allocation, billing support, and credit operations
• Own operational performance, daily prioritization, SLAs, quality, cross-training, and backup coverage across India hub activities
• Partner with regional and process leads to align service delivery and resolve blocking issues
• Build standard operating procedures, work intake processes, quality controls, and reporting for centralized AR processing
• Support the migration of transactional AR work from US/APAC into India while maintaining service continuity
