What you'll do

• Manage the operational calendar and execution of performance cycle touch points, such as goal setting, check-ins, and mid-year and year-end reviews
• Configure and launch forms, tasks, and workflows with the Workday team, monitoring completion to ensure accuracy
• Develop and execute complex communication plans, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
• Serve as the point of contact for performance cycle questions from HR partners and business leaders when a blocking issue arises
• Develop resources to support and launch performance cycles and programs
