The role focuses on optimizing asset utilization, improving operational efficiency, and enabling seamless coordination across branches and cross-functional teams to support business performance and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Rental Equipment Software & System Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Rental Equipment Management Software for all branches
- Coordinate with IT / software providers for system updates, issue resolution, user access, and escalations
- Ensure accurate data entry, process adherence, and utilization of the software across branch teams
- Monitoring, Analysis & Escalations
