About the role
We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Platform & Service Reliability Engineer to join our globally distributed Enterprise IT team, supporting the stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of Arm's collaboration platforms and business-critical applications.
What you'll do
- Provide specialist Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and associated collaboration services
- Administer, secure, and optimize SharePoint Online environments, including site administration, access management, governance, and platform configuration
- Support Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps and Power Automate, covering administration, environment management, governance, and fix
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents affecting business-critical enterprise applications using Dynatrace and other AIOps and observability platforms
- Collaborate with application owners, engineering teams, and third-party suppliers to expand monitoring coverage, establish alert thresholds
