About the role
This is a great opportunity to join Arm's Solutions Test Team working with emerging process technologies and the latest offerings across Cloud, Infra, IoT, Auto segments! The test team works closely with IP, SoC Design, Product and Systems teams throughout the company, to represent test engineering and drive test capability development within Arm.
What you'll do
- Drive test strategy development for upcoming projects
- Develop/implement ATE production/characterization plan
- Test method source code for test types (ATPG/Scan, MBIST, HSIO, Sensors, Functional, etc)
- Test flow development, including implementation of binning strategy
- Test program revision control framework (ie SVN, git, etc)
