Validation Engineer – Post Silicon Functional Validation, Compute Subsystem (CSS)

About the role

The Compute Subsystem (CSS) team at Arm designs and delivers integrated, validated compute subsystems that serve as reference platforms for Arm-based SoCs. The team collaborates across CPU, interconnect, memory, and IO IP teams to build efficient, high-performance solutions targeting client, infrastructure, and automotive markets.

What you'll do

• Build and enhance test environments, automation frameworks, and validation infrastructure using emulation and silicon platforms
• Perform system-level functional validation , focusing on CPU clusters, coherent interconnects, memory controllers, and peripheral integration
• Drive root-cause analysis of hardware, firmware, and software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Develop diagnostic, stress, and performance workloads to validate system functionality, power, and performance
• Support silicon bring-up and debug activities , including board-level testing and post-silicon lab validation
