What you'll do
- On time delivery and Communication: Ensure service deliverables within the stipulated time and communicate effectively with all our customers
- Reporting: Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual reports with respect to commissioning and after sales service
- Commissioning of IPS and IPC Controls in India (North and East region)
- Work closely with regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support to all the customers
- Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region
