What you'll do

• Recruitment & Selection of shopfloor employees
• Set selection criteria based on the recruitment plans
• Manage and improve the quality of the selection process to recruit 'right' candidates at the right time
• Ensure the required paperwork is completed by the candidates
• Responsible in coordinating with the required parties to process and provide company properties (uniform, access card, safety vests, safety glasses
