About the role
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Corporate Recruiting team. In this role, you will leverage various sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline for Artech’s current and future hiring needs.
What you'll do
- Approaching passive candidates and convince them to pursue an open position
- Build relationships with individuals and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs
- Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for the firm
- Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through researching, prospecting, and active networking using various sourcing channels such as external resume databases
