About the role

Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other channels for the requirements Screen the candidates as per the given requirements of the clients. Submit the resumes of the candidates for Internal and External review as instructed by the supervisor. Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates shortlisted by the internal supervisor / client manager.

What you'll do

• Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other channels for the requirements
• Screen the candidates as per the given requirements of the clients
• Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates shortlisted by the internal supervisor / client manager
• Ensure that offer letters are released on time and keep in regular touch with the candidates till they join the required organization
