The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintain strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee the billing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing disputes
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of GST portal submissions and IRN generation via ERP
- Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Analyze and report on billing trends, providing insights to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
- Liaise with clients to address billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions
