What you'll do
- 1). Operating Cadence & Execution
- Design and own the firm’s operating cadence: the priorities, forums, and reviews through which the firm moves
- Translate strategic priorities into clear owners, milestones, and timelines
- Work closely with each team to anticipate next steps and keep initiatives on schedule
- Bring rigor to how the firm spends its time, so that every forum earns its place and every commitment made in it is carried through
