What you'll do
- Own the growth agenda of portfolio companies. Go beyond oversight and get into the work
- Be the kind of leader founders call when things get hard. Showing up with clarity, steadiness, and real answers in high-pressure moments is a core part of this role
- Use technology and AI-powered tools to monitor portfolio performance at scale, identify risks early, and surface opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else
- Drive the investment process forward with urgency, clear out bottlenecks, coordinate across all stakeholders
- Delays are not acceptable when the right opportunity is in front of you
