About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to manage the performance, reliability, and maintenance of solar rooftop power plants. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, coordination with OEMs and vendors, performance analysis, reporting, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Supervise and verify preventive maintenance schedules for solar modules, inverters, transformers, SCB/JB panels, and associated electrical equipment
- Conduct fault diagnosis and rectification of inverters, strings, modules, cables, and monitoring systems
- Lead breakdown maintenance activities and ensure minimum plant downtime
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims, AMC execution, spare parts, and technical support
- Monitor plant generation performance and identify performance losses through data analysis
