The Purchase Executive is responsible for day-to-day procurement activities, including material purchasing,vendor coordination, documentation, and logistics support. The role ensures timely availability of materials for EPC projects while maintaining cost control and proper records.
What you'll do
- Purchase & Vendor Coordination
- Raise and process purchase orders as per project requirements. Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation,pricing
- Material & Documentation Control
- Ensure material specifications match approved BOM. Manage MDCC, test certificates, warranty documents, and other required dispatch paperwork
- Logistics & Dispatch Support
