About the role

The role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate organisational strategy into high-quality, scalable programmes across geographies.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee overall programme portfolio across states, ensuring quality, scale, impact and delivery outcomes
• Drive programme strategy, annual planning, budgets and financial performance , with ownership of large programme/operating portfolios
• Build and strengthen systems, processes and operating models to enable efficient programme delivery at scale
• Lead risk management, problem-solving and operational effectiveness across complex programmes
• Manage and develop senior programme teams and build a strong performance-oriented culture
