About the role

As a Senior Manager in the Talent Acquisition and Operations team at Arthan, you will play a strategic role in driving recruitment efforts, managing client accounts, leading a team of researchers, and optimizing operational efficiency. This senior-level position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, client relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership and mid-senior level mandates, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates based on client requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and professional development
• Collaborate with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and talent pools aligned with client needs and market trends
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication regarding recruitment updates, candidate profiles, and project status
