Sr. Engineer, MarTech - Data Capture

About the role

You will own the measurement and data capture layer across Redbubble and TeePublic. That means server-side tagging, pixel infrastructure, CDP event pipelines, and the consent and governance layer that sits under all of it. You will work closely with marketing, product, and the data engineering team to ensure events are accurate, governed, and activated reliably.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and scale both client-side and server-side tagging infrastructure—initially managing, debugging
• Architect and manage server-side tagging infrastructure (Server-side GTM, edge nodes, or microservices) for first party data capture and Conversion APIs (Meta CAPI
• Build robust error handling, schema validation, backpressure management, and dead-letter queues for missing or malformed tracking
• Build and maintain RudderStack source configurations, transformations, and destination routing
• Own the event schema: instrumentation specs, validation rules, data dictionary
