About the role
To ensure safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective operation and maintenance of mechanical utility systems and facility infrastructure. The role will own preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility planning, OEM/AMC management, MEP project execution, continuous improvement and technical documentation.
What you'll do
- A. Mechanical Utilities – Operation & Maintenance
- Ensure upkeep, availability, reliability and efficient operation of Air Compressors / Compressed Air Systems, DG Sets, HVAC / Package ACs, Process Chillers
- Maintain Vacuum Pumps / Vacuum Systems, Exhaust & Ventilation Systems, RO Plant, DM Plant, plumbing and water distribution systems
- Manage fabrication, welding and general mechanical maintenance activities
- Maintain Dust Collector Systems, Scrubber / Pollution Control Systems and associated fans, blowers, pumps and ducting
