About the role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Agentic Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and operationalization of AI-powered autonomous and semi-autonomous business solutions. This role combines traditional delivery leadership with emerging capabilities in Agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, intelligent automation, Copilot ecosystems, and enterprise transformation .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs across multiple business domains
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Establish scalable delivery frameworks for AI-native and autonomous workflows
- Drive Agile / SAFe delivery practices for AI transformation initiatives
- Ensure s uccessful deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of AI agents
