- Design, build, test, and operate reusable AI-enabled core capabilities — automation frameworks, shared agents, orchestration
- Convert field-proven patterns from Forward Deployed Engineers into scalable, hardened, well-documented platform capabilities
- Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic frameworks to build and maintain the internal AI platform
- Establish and maintain reliability, observability, security, and governance controls appropriate to a regulated healthcare environment
- Provide reusable APIs, libraries, and templates that are easy for infrastructure teams to integrate and adopt
