About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Automation Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation solutions for Salesforce CRM applications. The role will focus on increasing regression coverage, reducing manual testing effort, improving automation reliability, and enabling continuous testing within Client’s Agile/DevOps delivery pipelines.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation for Salesforce CRM
- Automate critical CRM business scenarios including account and contact management, customer/broker interactions, lead/opportunity workflows, activities
- Develop automation coverage for Salesforce Lightning UI, business workflows, validations, role-based scenarios, integrations, and APIs
- Analyze existing manual regression suites and identify high-value automation candidates based on business criticality, risk, repeatability, and regression frequency
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce automation components, libraries, utilities, and test suites
