About the role
We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong experience in Snowflake , QNXT healthcare data , and business intelligence reporting. The role will focus on analysing, interpreting, and visualising healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools to create datasets, build dashboards, perform data validation, and support data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI
- Analyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to generate actionable business insights
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
