What you'll do
- Engage in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management activities
- Maintain and support Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Hyper-V environments ensuring platform stability, availability, and security
- Monitor compute infrastructure health and proactively address operational risks
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Hyper-V clusters and failover clustering technologies
- Deploy firmware, drivers, operating system updates, and security patches across compute platforms
