About the role
We are looking for a senior Pre-Sales Consultant to lead UX-led deal shaping and growth across complex enterprise engagements. This role sits at the intersection of experience strategy, solutioning, and commercial rigor, partnering with Sales, UX Leadership, and Delivery to win high-value design and experience transformation programs.
What you'll do
- UX Pre-Sales & Deal Leadership
- Lead the full UX pre-sales lifecycle across opportunity qualification, discovery, solutioning, proposals, SOWs, and executive-level pitches
- Partner with Sales early in the pursuit to shape deal strategy, qualify opportunities, and position UX as a strategic growth lever
- Own UX deal shaping for enterprise pursuits, ensuring clarity across scope, delivery approach, staffing models, and success metrics
