About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with 4-6 years of experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, payroll Inputs employee data management, HRMS management (Preferably ORACLE) and leave and attendance management.
What you'll do
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle activities
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS to ensure data accuracy
- Support employee data validation, documentation, and record management
- Manage employee data and lifecycle transactions in Oracle HCM
- Identify process gaps, eliminate manual dependencies, and drive automation initiatives
