About the role
We are looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer (.NET & Python) with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation.
What you'll do
- Lead L2/L3 production support for Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET
- Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing
- Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases
