What you'll do
- Provide L2 / L3 production support for Guiding Care / US Healthcare integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications
- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
- Collaborate with L2 support, Dev, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases
