About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM with 4–6 years of experience in functional testing. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM applications by designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, validating Salesforce configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Salesforce CRM applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Conduct API and integration testing using Postman or equivalent tools
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met
