About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform/CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery within the insurance domain.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to CRM
- Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation
- Develop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
